ERYICA Welcomes its new Director, Anja Frohner

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Ms. Anja Frohner as ERYICA’s new Director following a comprehensive selection process. Anja is an experienced professional in European youth project management, with a focus on fostering inclusive youth information. Her expertise and dedication make her an ideal leader for our network.

Previously serving as the EU Program Officer for Erasmus+ Youth and the European Solidarity Corps at the Austrian National Agency, Anja spearheaded numerous national and international initiatives to promote inclusion and collaboration across the youth sector. Through her work with key stakeholders, including youth organizations and the European Commission's Inclusion and Diversity Youth Steering Group, Anja has contributed to shaping impactful youth programs across Europe.

Anja’s experience also includes freelance training with ZARA, an Austrian NGO focused on combating racism and promoting civil courage. Her background in community project coordination, volunteer work with unaccompanied minors, and academic qualifications in International Migration and Ethnic Relations add depth to her commitment to youth empowerment.

Anja will formally begin her role on January 6, 2025, and we look forward to her leadership. Please join us in welcoming her to the ERYICA family and in supporting her journey with us.
